Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time

Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer local delivery for orders within a 10 mile radius

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes 

Naiviv Collection ships to addresses within the U.S. 

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Damages

Naiviv Collection is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. However, we will make every effort to assist in any way possible. We can be reached at naivivcollection@gmail.com.

 

International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship outside of the United States.
